How to order:

Once you know what you would like to order (utilising the Catalogue and Order Form), the following methods can be used to place the 0rder:

• email - contact us at abitquackers@hotmail.co.uk and attach a copy of the completed order form or simply email us a list of what you wish to order 

• Fax - print and complete the order form and fax it through to us on 08450 892 342 (this is a local rate call from UK BT landlines)

• Post - please send orders by post to ABitQuackers, West Winds, Pinehurst Road, Southampton, Hampshire, SO16 7FZ

• Telephone - please call us on 07728 377 261 and we will note down your requirements

Carriage:

Our minimum order carriage paid is £400 (nett) for mainland England. For other destinations, please enquire.

For smaller orders of £250+ we share the carriage costs, currently £17.02 each.

Delivery:

Once you have placed your order we will arrange for it to be despatched by pallet and it will reach you on your preferred delivery date.  Usually an order placed today will be with you two days later, but it can be next day if desired.

Payment Terms:

For an initial order payment is requested upon receipt of the goods and payment for subsequent orders can be end of month following.
